1. Do I have to provide a chart of accounts prior to receiving an estimate?

2. Is it necessary to provide the name of the account or business manager on the work order request?

3. Can we save money on our job by providing labor assistance?

4. How do I check the status of my work order request?

1. Do I have to provide a chart of accounts prior to receiving an estimate?

No. But you will need to provide funding information prior to the start of work. AFO will not create the work order unless chart string is provided.

2. Is it necessary to provide the name of the account or business manager on the work order request?

Yes. When problems arise during the billing process it is more efficient for us to direct our questions to personnel familiar with your department's accounting needs.

3. Can we save money on our job by providing labor assistance?

No. UC policy forbids non-tradespeople from performing skilled trade work.

4. How do I check the status of my work order request?

Please call the Business Office at 643-6931 for status of the work requested.
