Do I have to provide a chart of accounts prior to receiving an estimate?
No. But you will need to provide funding information prior to
the start of work. AFO will not create the work order unless chart
string is provided.
2. Is it necessary to provide the name of the account or business
manager on the work order request?
Yes.
When problems arise during the billing process it is more efficient
for us to direct our questions to personnel familiar with your
department's accounting needs.
3. Can we save money on our job by providing labor assistance?
No.
UC policy forbids non-tradespeople from performing skilled trade
work.
4. How do I check the status of my work order request?
